Reports are used mainly to print out fields in a database. You can chose which fields of the database you will like to be displayed on the report.

Advantage	Disadvantage
A hard copy of the database tabel can be given out and can be altered with.	Sometimes it doesnt always fit on the paper if you have a lot of fields selected.
It can be given to multiple people	If you want to give out many copies a lot of paper can be taken up.

The target audience of an image can be:

• A shop so a list can be given out on stock during pricing.
• Someone that wants to share information on a database and give out many copies.
